De European Financial Reporting Advisory Group is de technische adviesgroep binnen de Europese goedkeuringsprocedure.. Gesteund door een TEG (Technical Expert Group) ondersteunt deze organisatie de toepassing van de Europese Verordening om IAS/IFRS in te voeren voor de grote Europese beursfondsen. De politieke adviesgroep, die de feitelijke voorstellen formuleert, is de ARC (Accounting Regulatory Committee).
