Assistant Controller – Rotterdam, fulltime
The Finance department, located in Rotterdam has an opening for an Assistant Controller. The department is responsible for the financial administration of several entities, accounts payable, expenses reimbursements, petty cash, timesheet registration and the bookkeeping of the bank accounts. The department is also responsible for project calculation and work in progress calculation of selected projects. Under the supervision of the Head of Finance you will perform financial and administrative duties requiring the exercise of independent judgement.
Example of duties:
- Process credit card reimbursements
- Check, process and coordinate expenses for one entity
- Project administration
- Contact with international clients and collaborators on interesting projects
- Providing assistance to all areas within the Financial department including accounts
receivable, accounts payable, budget and general accounting, as well as the data entry in the new ERP software (conversion)
This position is initially for a period of 6–9 months, with the prospect of permanent placement.
Dit heb je
HBO/University diploma in Bedrijfseconomie or other relevant studies
2 years+ work experience (recent graduates with previous internship experience in finance are also invited to apply)
Fluent in Dutch and English
Previous experience with Assistance or other accounting software like Exact

Het bruto maandsalaris is afhankelijk van opleiding en werkervaring en loopt tot maximaal Euro 2.100 bruto per maand. Je komt voor de periode van 6 tot 9 maanden direct in dienst bij de opdrachtgever.
