This ICT company seeks for a Sales Operations Specialist
We expect you to have in-depth understanding of the capabilities and constraints of the SalesForce.Com CRM application coupled with solid understanding of the related business processes within for example; Sales, Marketing and Support.
Responsibilities
Work with business clients to define business requirements to support Salesforce.com implementation
Configure Salesforce.com to meet agreed solution designs
Develop comprehensive documentation on design and training materials
Deliver trainings to various users and levels (super users/ end users/ p. profile)
Define and build reporting to visualize the process implemented in the system
Proactively audit Salesforce.com and improve configuration settings and keep current with the latest capabilities of each SFDC release
Guard consistency of processes and data quality across all departments through reporting and continuous
Dit heb je
2-3 years of Salesforce.com administrator experience and/or consulting experience with Salesforce.com
2+ years expertise in project management
Salesforce Customer Partner Portal experience is a plus
Tactical understanding of business needs and ability to design related business process / solutions design
Strong verbal presentation skills

De primaire en secundaire arbeidsvoorwaarden zijn bij deze baan erg goed. Daarbij komen een goed pensioen en uitgebreide studiemogelijkheden.
Het bruto maandsalaris is afhankelijk van opleiding en werkervaring en ligt tussen de Euro 3.000 tot Euro 4.200 bruto per maand, op basis van een 40 urige werkweek.
